Ingredients:
Peach And Pecan Salad Dressing recipe makes 6 Servings
1 Peach; quartered
1 One half tablespoon White wine vinegar
1 One half tablespoon Nonfat chicken broth or
water
1 teaspoon Walnut oil
One fourth teaspoon Sugar or honey
1/8 teaspoon Dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
3 Pecan halves
In blender or food processor, mix all ingredients till smooth. Serve over
