Recipe - Peach Upside-Down Cake

One fourth cup Margarine; melted
One half cup Brown sugar; packed firm
29 ounce Peach slices in light
syrup; drained
3 md Eggs
1 cup Sugar
One half cup Peach juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 One half cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
Put melted margarine in a 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle brown sugar in pan and
place paeches evenly around over brown sugar & margarine. Mix eggs, sugar,
peachjuice, vanilla, flour, bakingpowder, & salt. Pour over peaches and
bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
