Ingredients:
Peach Shortcake recipe makes 100 Servings
3 cup Packaged biscuit mix
2 tablespoon Sugar
One half cup Milk
1 Egg
One fourth cup Melted margarine
Nuts, ground
fresh peaches, cut or sliced up and sweetened whipped cream, sweetened
Mix first six ingredients. Roll out. Cut. Bake 425 deg for fifteen to
twenty minutes. Cover with peaches and whipped cream.
