Recipe - Peach Sauce Supreme

2 cup Water
3 md Peaches or 2 frozen peaches
One fourth cup Apple juice
1 tablespoon Orange juice
One fourth cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Almond extract
2 teaspoon Grand Marnier (opt)
Ice cream or cake

Place water & peaches in pan. Boil & drain then chop; set aside. (if
using frozen peaches, omit boiling.) Place juices & sugar in pan,
boil rapidly. Stir in chopped peaches. Cook until peaches are
slightly soft. Stir in extract & Grand Marnier. Serve warm or chilled
over ice cream or cake.
