Recipe - Peach Praline Cobbler

8 cup Peaches; cut or sliced up
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One fourth cup Brown sugar
One half Stick butter; melted
1 One half cup Chopped nuts
2 cup Selfrising flour
2 teaspoon Sugar
One half cup Shortening
One fourth cup Buttermilk
Cook peaches, sugar, water, cornstarch and cinnamon in saucepan until
thickened. Pour into a 3quart dish. Stir in brown sugar and butter. Add
pecans and stir to coat. In a bowl, stir flour and sugar. Cut in
shortening. Make a well in center of mixture and add milk. Stir until dough
clings together. Knead 1012 times. Roll out to 12by8inches and spread
with pecan mixture. Roll up from long side. Cut into 12 circles and place
on top of the peaches. Bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes.
