Recipe - Peach Pops

1 cup Pineapple juice
3 tablespoon Powdered sugar
8 ounce Peach lowfat yogurt, (1
container)
Combine all ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture evenly into 10 frozen pop
molds or (3ounce) paper cups; insert wooden sticks. Freeze until firm.
Yield: 10 servings (serving size: 1 pop).
Per serving: 45 Calories; 0g Fat (6% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 10g
Carbohydrate; 1mg Cholesterol; 12mg Sodium
