Recipe - Peach Nut Muffins

Three fourths cup Milk
1/3 cup Margarine or butter; melted
1 Egg
2 cup Flour
2/3 cup Sugar
2 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Grated orange peel
1 tablespoon Orange juice
1 One half cup Diced frozen peaches
Three fourths cup Chopped walnuts
STREUSEL TOPPING
One half cup Flour
One half cup Brown sugar
3 tablespoon Soft butter

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray pan with vegetable pan spray. Beat milk,
margarine or butter and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour, sugar, baking
powder and salt just until flour is moistened. Fold in orange juice, orange
peel, minced peaches and chopped walnuts. Divide mixture in 12 cavities. Top
with approximately 1 tablespoon streusel mixture and bake for 1518 minutes
or until golden brown.
Makes 12 muffins
