Ingredients:
Peach Kuchen recipe makes 6 Servings
One half cup Margarine
2 cup Flour
One fourth teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
1 cup Sugar; (divide)
3 lg Fresh peaches; (up to 4)
2 Egg yolks
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Sour cream
Work margarine into flour, baking powder, salt and 2 tablespoons sugar
until mealy. Press into greased 8" square pan. Set oven 400 degrees.
Arrange peaches over crust and sprinkle with cinnamon and rest of sugar.
Bake 15 minutes. Mix egg yolks and sour cream and put on top. Bake another
30 35 minutes.
