Recipe - Peach Gelatin

1 pack Sweetened orange flavored
gelatin
One half cup Cold water
1 cup Boiling water
2 cup Canned peaches
One fourth cup Sugar
Juice One half lemon
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water, lemon juice, and sugar.
Stir until dissolved. Arrange peaches in mold. Add gelatin. Chill until
firm. Serve with whipped cream. If desired, apples, plums, and other canned
fruits may be substituted for the peaches. 6 servings.
