Ingredients:
Peach Dessert Salsa recipe makes 6 Servings
2 Peaches; ripe
1/3 cup Coconut; grated
1/3 cup Golden raisins OR
1/3 cup Dried cherries
2 tablespoon Orange juice concentrateOR
2 tablespoon Grand marnier liqueur
1 tablespoon Mint, fresh; chopped
"...perfect served over ice cream, sherbet, toasted pound cake or yougrt
cheese."
Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Dice. Combine all ingredients. Let
stand One half hour before serving. MAKES: about 2 CUPS
