Recipe - Peach Dessert Pancakes

2 cup Bisquick original baking mix
1 cup Milk
1 tablespoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Ground cinnamon
2 Eggs
1 cn ( 16oz) cut or sliced up peaches;
drained and pureed (about 1
cup)
Peach jam
Frozen (thawed) whipped
topping
HEAT griddle or skillet; grease if necessary. Beat all ingredients except
jam and whipped topping with wire whisk or hand beater until well blended.
POUR batter by One fourth cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry.
Turn; cook until golden brown.
SPREAD 1 tablespoon jam on each warm pancake; roll up. Place seam side
down on serving platter; cool. Serve with whipped topping. About 15
pancakes.
