Recipe - Peach Custard Dessert

Categories: None, Peach Custard Dessert
Ingredients:

2 1/3 cup Bisquick baking mix
One half cup Milk
3 tablespoon Sugar
3 tablespoon Margarine or butter, melted
1 cn (16 ounces) cut or sliced up peaches,
drained, or
2 small Peaches, peeled and cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Ground cinnamon
2/3 cup Sour cream
1 Egg

Here is one from a Bisquick recipe booklet that I sent off for a long time
ago. It came out quite well when I made it and would probably be good made
with homemade baking mix, too.

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix baking mix, milk, 3 tablespoons sugar and the margarine. Spread in
ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches;arrange peach slices on top.

Mix One fourth cup sugar and the cinnamon; sprinkle over peach slices. Mix sour
cream and egg; drizzle over top.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
Serve warm and, if desired, with sweetened whipped cream. (We used Cool
Whip.)
