Recipe - Peach Cream Royale

1 One half cup Chocolate Wafer Crumbs
1 One half cup Vanilla Wafer Crumbs
2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
One half cup Butter, melted
One half pound Marshmallows
2 tablespoon Orange Juice
2 cup Freestone Peaches (Canned),
drained & minced
One half pt Whipping Cream
Mix crumbs and butter. Press 1/3 crumb mixture firmly in bottom of 9 x 9"
dish. In a saucepan over low heat, cook marshmallows with orange juice
until melted. Cool. Stir in peaches. Whip cream until almost stiff; fold
peachmarshmallow mixture into it. Pour half of this mixture into pan.
Cover with 1/3 of crumb mixture. Pour remainder of cream mixture over this
and cover with remaining crumb mixture. Chill at least 2 hours.
Serves: 9
