Recipe - Peach And Schnapps Sorbet

500 ml Peach pulp
200 ml Peach Schnapps
500 ml Sugar syrup
One half A lemon; juice of
One half An egg white lightly beaten

Make the pulp from the pureed flesh of blanched and peeled peaches.

Mix this with the Schnapps, cold sugar syrup and lemon juice.

Pour into the ice cream machine with the egg white.
