Recipe - Peach-Strawberry Pie

1 pack (6 oz.) lemon Jello (sugar
free)
2 Baked 9" Pet Ritz deep dish
pie crust
1 1/3 cup Boiling water
1 cup Vanilla ice cream
1 cup Lite peaches, chopped
One half pt Strawberries, chopped
8 ounce Carton Cool Whip, thawed
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until
melted and smooth. Blend in whipped topping and fruit. Chill until mixture
will mound. Spoon into crust. Chill. Garnish with strawberries. A very lite
