Recipe - Peach-Oatmeal Crisp

6 cup Peeled cut or sliced up fresh peaches;
(2One half pounds)
One half cup Raisins
One half teaspoon Ground cinnamon; divided
1/8 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
Vegetable cooking spray
One half cup Quickcooking oats; uncooked
2 tablespoon Allpurpose flour
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
2 tablespoon Chilled stick margarine, cut
into small pieces
4 One half cup Vanilla ice milk
Combine peaches, raisins, One fourth teaspoon cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large
bowl; stir well. Spoon into a 2quart casserole coated with cooking spray;
set aside.
Combine oats, remaining One fourth teaspoon cinnamon, flour, and sugar; stir well.
Cut in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal;
sprinkle evenly over peach mixture.
Bake at 350 deg for 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 9 servings
(serving size: Three fourths cup crisp and One half cup ice milk).
