Recipe - Pea W Mint

1 tablespoon Butter or Margarine
One half cup Onion, minced
Three fourths teaspoon Lemon Zest
10 ounce Pkg. Frozen Tiny Peas,thawed
Pepper to Taste
1 One half teaspoon Mint, fresh chopped
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add onion and lemon zest;
cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is soft but not browned, about 4
minutes. Add the thawed petite peas, stir to combine thoroughly, season and
cook, stirring for about 5 minutes, or until the peas are hot through. Add
the mint and serve immediately.
