Categories: Condiment, Paulas Pickles
Ingredients:

1 Jar (1/2gallon) hamburger
chip pickles
3 One half cup Sugar
2 (up to)
4 ounce Your favorite hot sauce;
approx
1 (up to)
4 Cloves garlic (depending on
taste); chopped coarsely

Don't be too 'exacting', make it too your taste. Drain pickles COMPLETELY.
Put them back into the jar about 1 inch depth at a time. Layer pickles 1",
then Three fourths cup of sugar, One half ounce hot sauce, and a few pieces of garlic. Keep
layering until all is used. You may really have to pack in the pickles.
Each day for 10 days, turn the jar upside down and leave it, then the next
day turn it upright and so on for 10 days. Store in the refigerator.
