Recipe - Paul Kirk Kansas City Ribs Bbq Sauce

1/3 cup Dark brown sugar; packed
One fourth cup White vinegar; more to taste
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon Chili powder
1 One half teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
One half teaspoon Ground ginger
One fourth teaspoon Ground allspice
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne
1/8 teaspoon Ground mace
2 tablespoon Honey
2 cup Tomato ketchup
In a large saucepan, combine all the sauce ingredients. Heat over medium,
stirring well to mix and dissolve the spices. Reduce the heat and simmer
the sauce, uncovered, for 30 min., stirring occasionally.
