1 One fourth cup Onion; chopped
One fourth cup Water
1 Celery stalk; chopped
2 cup Potatoes; cubed
One fourth cup Carrots; cut or sliced up
One half cup Cabbage; shredded
One half cup Kale; chopped
One half cup Water
1 Garlic clove; minced
One half teaspoon Salt, or to taste
One half teaspoon Paprika
Cook onion in water over low heat for 25 minutes. Add remaining
ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
Per serving: 184 cal, 6 g prot, 38 g carb, .5 g fat (3%)
