Recipe - Patio Pork Chops

6 Rib chops, 1/2" thick (up to
8)
2 teaspoon Ginger
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoon Shortening
2 Chicken bouillon cubes
1 cup Ginger ale
2 pack (10 oz.) frozen baby lima
beans
One fourth cup Diced pimento
1 cn (8 oz.) baby onions
Combine seasonings and rub on chops. Brown chops in hot fat. Combine
bouillon cubes and ginger ale and pour over chops. Simmer for One half hour.
Cook beans just until barely tender. Drain. Combine beans, pimento, and
onions in 9 X 13 baking dish. Arrange chops on mixture and pour brown sauce
from skillet over all. Cover with foil and bake 350 degrees for 3040
