Ingredients:
Pate De Chocolate recipe makes 8 Servings
1 cup Chocolate Chips
1 One fourth cup Scalded Coffee Cream
2 lg Eggs
4 tablespoon Rum Or Brandy
Combine all ingredients in a blender bowl and blend until well mixed. Pour
into dessert glasses and chill until firm. It doesn't get much easier than
