Recipe - Pat Nixions Avocado Salad

2 md Avocados
1 pack Lemon flavoured gelatin
1 One half cup hot water
3 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 cn (No.2.1/2) grapefruit
Sections drained
One half cup Chopped celery Whipped
Cream and

Mash avocados. Stir into slightly thickened lemon gelatine base made with
lemon flavoured gelatin, hot water and lemon juice. Stir in grapefruit
sections and chopped celery. Pour into a mold. Chill and unmold. serve with
a whipped cream and mayonnaise mixture. Serves 810.
