Recipe - Pastsa Fagioli I

Ingredients:
Pastsa Fagioli I recipe makes 2 Servings
3 Garlic cloves, minced
4 tablespoon Olive oil
28 ounce Can crushed tomatoes
Salt & pepper
1 teaspoon Oregano
15 ounce Can cannellini beans
1 pound Ditalini, cooked firm
(reserve one cup liquid)
Grated cheese
Red pepper flakes
Saute garlic in olive oil, add tomatoes, salt and pepper; simmer 15
minutes. Add oregano and cannellini beans, simmer 10 minutes longer. Add
cooked ditalini and some reserved cooking liquid, if needed; stir. Let sit
for 5 minutes. Serve wih grated cheese and red pepper flakes to taste.
