400 g Your favourite Pasta
Half a cup of really good
olive oil
Add a huge tablespoon of
tapenade black
; olive paste
Lots of finely chopped
preserved lemon
Freshly ground pepper
Cook and drain 400g your favourite pasta and reserve some of the water. To
half a cup of water or half a cup of really good olive oil add a huge
tablespoon of tapenade black olive paste and stir to mix. Stir this
through the pasta and top with lots of finely chopped preserved lemon and
freshly ground pepper. If mix is a little too dry add some more of the
pasta water.
