Recipe - Pasta With Tomatoes And Black Beans

1 cup Green onions cut or sliced up 1/8"
Thick
28 ounce Tomatoes, canned minced
15 ounce Black beans drained
1 cn Artichoke hearts cut in
Quarters
1 pound Pasta cooked as directed
1 ds Salt
1 ds Red pepper flakes
Three fourths teaspoon Oregano
Freshly ground pepper
2 teaspoon Olive oil
2 Cloves garlic minced
Cook pasta as directed.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in the bottom of a medium saucepot. Add green
onions and saute for 5 minutes. Add seasonings and stir for 1 minute. Add
tomatoes; cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add black beans, combine and
simmer for 5 minutes. Add artichoke hearts. Adjust seasonings and toss
with pasta.
