3 cup Chopped fresh tomatoes
6 cup Trimmed arugula or
watercress
8 ounce Fresh mozzarella cheese;
minced
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
1 pound Penne pasta; cooked
according to package
directions
Combine tomatoes, arugula, cheese, oil, salt and pepper in large bowl. Toss
with penne.
