Recipe - Pasta With Tomato Basil Cream Sauce

3 tablespoon Olive oil
2 Cloves minced garlic
2 pound Very ripe fresh tomatoes;
peeled
One half teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Fresh chopped basil
One half cup Wine
Black pepper
One half cup Heavy cream
Pasta
Heat oil in skillet. Saute garlic in oil for 30 seconds, stirring
constantly. Remove skillet from heat. In a food processor or blender,
combine peeled tomatoes, salt and chopped basil. Process until combined,
but still a little chunky. Return skillet to heat. Pour in tomato mixture
and add wine. Simmer over low heat for 7 to 8 minutes. Season to taste with
pepper. Stir in cream and heat (over low) until warm throughout. Serve over
your favorite pasta, prepared according to package directions.
