Recipe - Pasta With Spinach And Almonds

3 teaspoon Golden raisins
One half pound Penne pasta
2 tablespoon Sliced almonds or more to
taste
2 tablespoon Olive oil
3 Garlic cloves; minced
1 pound Spinach; coarsely chopped
One half teaspoon Vegetable bullion
2 md Plum tomatoes; minced
3 tablespoon Grated cheese or more to
taste
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
1. Prepare penne pasta according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, in a 12 inch skillet, over medium heat, cook almonds and
remove from skillet.
3. In same skillet, add oil and saute garlic, increase heat and add
spinach, raisins, bullion and salt. Saute until spinach just wilts. 4.
Drain pasta and return to pot. Add spinach mixture and tomatoes and heat
through. Toss with almonds and cheese.
