Recipe - Pasta With Red Pepper And Broccoli

32 ounce Fatfree chicken broth
1 teaspoon Lemon peel; grated
Black pepper; to taste
3 cup Broccoli florets
1 Red pepper; oven roasted for
1015 minutes, cut in
strips
8 ounce Angel hair pasta; uncooked
1 tablespoon Romano cheese; grated
Crushed red pepper; to taste
Combine broth, lemon peel, and black pepper in a large saucepan and bring
to a boil. Stir in broccoli, red pepper and pasta; return to a boil. Reduce
heat and simmer, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender. Transfer to
pasta bowls and sprinkle with cheese and crushed red pepper, if desired.
