1 teaspoon Olive oil
1 cup Zucchini; in thin 1" strips
1 cup Mushrooms; cut or sliced up thin
One half cup White cheese; 1/2% fat
2/3 cup Pasta; cooked
6 tablespoon Parmesan cheese; grated
Stirfry veggies in oil 2 minutes Lower heat and stirfry one minutes
longer till veggies begin to brown. Add white cheese. Cook One half min . Add
pasta and heat. Sprinkle Parmesan on top before serving.
