Recipe - Pasta With Marinated Artichoke Hearts

6 ounce Jar Marinated Artichoke
Hearts
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
1 cup Chopped Onion
1 teaspoon Dried Basil
One half cup Sour Cream
One half cup Cottage Cheese
Salt And Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Drain the liquid from the marinated artichoke hearts into a skillet. Slice
the drained hearts into bitesized pieces. Add the olive oil and butter to
the drainedoff marinade in the skillet. Heat this mixture, add the onions
and saute them until soft (58 minutes). Add the artichoke hearts and
basil. Saute 35 more minutes. Remove from heat, stir in remaining
ingredients and serve over One half pound pasta.
