Recipe - Pasta With Marinara Sauce

200 g MAGGI Pasta Penne
1 pack MAGGI Napolitana Pasta Sauce
Mix
Three fourths cup Boiling water
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 Garlic cloves; crushed (1 to
2)
1 teaspoon Paprika
One fourth teaspoon Chilli powder
500 g Marinara mix or mixed
seafood; (cut into small
; pieces)
One half cup Red or white wine
Add the pasta to a large quantity of boiling salted water and cook for
approximately 11 minutes or until just tender.
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Place the sauce mix in a
bowl. Add the boiling water and whisk until smooth. Set the sauce aside.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic, paprika and chilli powder and
cook, stirring over a low heat for 1 minute.
Add the seafood to the pan and cook over a moderate heat for 23 minutes,
or until the seafood is almost cooked.
Add the wine and simmer for 1 minute. Stir the sauce into the seafood
mixture.
Drain the pasta and place in a serving dish. Top with the sauce and serve
immediately.
