Recipe - Pasta With Ivory Sauce

2 cup Ivory sauce
1 cup Thawed frozen "mixed
vegetables"
1 cup Canned black eyed peas,
drained and rinsed
A few sundried tomatoes
packed in oil
1 tablespoon Sliced scallion
One half cup Grated Pecorino cheese
Salt and pepper
8 ounce Cooked dry pasta, short
shape
Bring Ivory sauce to a boil. Add vegetables and peas and bring to a simmer.
Pat dry sundried tomatoes and cut into slivers. Add to sauce with
scallions. Stir in half of cheese; reserve other half for garnish.
Spoon sauce over pasta and garnish with cheese.
Yield: 2 servings
