Recipe - Pasta With Green Beans And Mushrooms

1 One half pound Green beans; cleaned, 1 1/2
inch
One half pound Mushrooms; cleaned and
cut or sliced up
1 Onion; cut or sliced up
5 Cloves garlic; minced
One half cup Red wine
32 ounce Canned tomatoes; crushed
2 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Marjoram
Freshly ground black pepper
1 pound Pasta
Put wine in a large skillet or dutch oven. Add all veggies and herbs, let
simmer, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes. Add crushed tomatoes. Let simmer 30
minutes or until you are ready for it. Cook pasta in unsalted, unoiled
water. Combine and enjoy.
