6 Cloves garlic, peeled and
coarsely chopped
One fourth cup Olive oil
1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
1 pound Asparagus, cut into quarters
One half pound Cooked penne pasta
One fourth cup Freshly grated Parmesan
cheese
I got the recipe from a user at my former job (for whom I had written a
system).
1. Saute garlic in oil.
2. Stir in crushed red pepper flakes.
3. Add asparagus. Saute 7 minutes longer.
4. Add cooked pasta.
5. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving. Posted to EATL
