Recipe - Pasta And Vegetable Salad

10 ounce Pasta shells; * see note
1 cup Frozen broccoli; thawed
One half cup Frozen carrots; thawed
One half cup Frozen peas; thawed
One fourth cup Sliced black olives; drained
One fourth cup Parmesan cheese
1 Jar marinated artichoke
hearts, chopped
GARLIC DRESSING
1/3 cup Red wine vinegar
One half cup Vegetable oil
2 teaspoon Garlic salt
1 teaspoon Black pepper; or to taste
One half cup Mayonnaise
* multicolored vegie spirals are nice to use here if you can find them
Cook pasta, drain and rinse with cold water. Mix with remaining salad
ingredients. Pour garlic dressing over all, mixing gently. Refrigerate.
Garlic Dressing: Mix all ingredients with a wire whip.
