Spaghetti (uncooked) for two
One half ounce Feta cheese; crumbled
1 lg Head garlic*
10 Sundried tomatoes; (up to
12)
One fourth Toasted pine nuts
6 Artichoke hearts; cut or sliced up
* (baked in 1/8" olive oil in a 350 oven for 30min) Bake garlic first.
Break Spaghetti into 2" pieces and cook per directions on package. When
done, divide onto two plates. Toss each with half the tomatoes, pine nuts,
artichoke hearts, and feta. Squeeze as many baked garlic cloves on each as
you like.
