Recipe - Pasta Salmon Toss

3 Eggs; hard boiled
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 Scallion; cut or sliced up
1 cn (large) salmon
Three fourths pound Spaghetti
One fourth cup Oil
One fourth cup Butter; softened
2 tablespoon Parsley; chopped
1 tablespoon Lemon juice (I usually add
another Tablespoon or so)
Salt & pepper

Cook spaghetti in boiling water till done then drain. Drain and flake
salmon. Mix all ingredients together with the pasta and toss. May
sprinkle parmesan cheese over pasta if desired. Serves 4
