Recipe - Pasta Marco Polo

PASTA & CHICKEN
Nonstick cooking spray
2 tablespoon Sesame oil
One half pound Chicken breast, cut or sliced up
4 Scallions, cut or sliced up
12 ounce Spicy Sesame Linguine
SAUCE
One half cup Chicken broth
3 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sherry
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
One half tablespoon Chili sauce
One half teaspoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon Minced ginger
One half teaspoon Salt
Combine sauce ingredients. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add
oil & heat. Stir fry chicken until it begins to lose raw color. Add
scallions. Add sauce. Add cooked pasta and stir until blended.

Farmer's Market in Sloatsburg NY, just over the NJ border on Route 17. This
place is nifty. I bought a few unusual items there, the first of which I
used tonight Al Dente Spicy Sesame Linguine Noodles. The recipe I used
came from the back of the package, with a few modifications for ingredients
I couldn't find. We liked it, and I presume it would also be good with
