Ingredients:
Pasta Jambalaya recipe makes 1 Servings
2 cup Chicken; minced
One half pound Tasso or smoked sausage;chop
One fourth cup Green pepper; chopped
One fourth cup Red onion; chopped
1 tablespoon Minced garlic
x Creole seasoning
One fourth Stick butter
x Grated provolone
x Grated gouda
1 pound Threecolored pasta; cooked
Saute meats in oil. Add pepper, onion, garlic, seasoning and butter. Heat.
Toss with pasta and serve with grated cheeses.
