Recipe - Pasta House Salad

6 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
4 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 cup Salad oil
2 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Garlic powder
1 md Red onion, cut or sliced up very thin
4 tablespoon Chopped pimento
1 cn Artichoke hearts, cut or sliced up
This is a copycat of the salad served at The Pasta House (and Rich &
Charlie's) in St. Louis, Missouri:
Mix together all ingredients except for parmesan cheese and pimento.
Marinate overnight in airtight container. Just before serving, add cheese
and pimento. Pour over one large head of iceberg lettuce.
