Recipe - Pasta Arrabiata

1 tablespoon Olive oil
One half cup Finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon Minced garlic
1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
One half teaspoon Salt
1 cn (28 oz.) tomatoes; chopped
1 pound Linguine; cooked according
to package directions
One fourth cup Chopped fresh parsley
Grated Parmesan cheese;
optional
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook 5 minutes until
softened. Stir in garlic, red pepper and salt; cook 30 seconds. Add
tomatoes and their liquid; cook 15 minutes. Toss sauce with hot pasta and
parsley in large serving bowl. Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
