12 ounce FUSILLI OR ROTINI
12 ounce SALMON CUT TO 1'' CUBES
1 VEGETABLE SPRAY
1 One half cup RED OR YELLOW PEPPER,
THINLY SLICED
1 One half cup SNOW PEAS
SAUCE
1/3 cup EACH SHERRY AND WATER
One fourth cup EACH OIL,SOYA SAUCE
AND BROWN SUGAR
2 One half teaspoon EACH GARLIC & GINGER
1 tablespoon FLOUR
2 teaspoon SESAME SEEDS
PARSLEY TO GARNISH
Cook pasta al dente, drain, put into serving dish. saute salmon to light
pink about 4 min. Put on top of pasta. Blanch vegies for 2 minutes and
plunge into cold water, pour on top of salmon. Mix remaining ingredients
and bring to a boil simmer about 4 minutes. Pour over salmon pasta dish.
Prep time about 30 minutes.
