Recipe - Pasta-Artichoke Shrimp Salad

2 cup Tripolini or small sea shell
macaroni
1/3 cup Chopped green onions
One half cup Chopped celery
1 cn (8oz) artichoke hearts;
quartered and drained
1 cn (4.5oz) shrimp; drained and
rinsed
1/3 (up to)
One half teaspoon Curry powder
Three fourths cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
One half cup Sour cream
Capers for garnish
Cook noodles as directed. Refresh and rinse immediately in cold water.
Chill. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Adjust seasoning. Chill at least
4 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with capers. Yield: 8 to 10
servings.
