Recipe - Passover Very Fudgy Brownies

2 tablespoon Potato starch beaten with:
3 tablespoon Water
1 cup Sugar
One fourth cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ds Salt
1 Mashed ripe banana
One fourth cup Unsweetened applesauce
One half cup Matzo cake meal
One fourth cup Raisins

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly spray with Pam an 8" X 8" glass pan.
Mix together in mixing bowl potato starch, sugar, cocoa and salt. Add
remaining ingredients. Bake 2530 minutes. Cut when cool.
NOTE: If you don't have matzo cake meal, just put some matzo meal in a
blender to make it a bit more fine than matzo meal.
(Note: The water and potato starch mixture is a replacement for EnerG egg
replacer, which is not pesach, as it contains tapioca flour and baking
powder. Its main ingredient is potato starch.)
