Recipe - Passover Toffee Squares

1 cup Pareve margarine
1 cup Matzohs cake meal
1 Egg
8 ounce Chocolate or chocolate chips
(pareve) melted
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Walnuts, finely chopped
1 cup Sugar
Cream Margarine, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Mix in egg,
beating well Add cake meal gradually. Blend well. (dough will be stiff)
Lightly grease a 9 X 13 pan. Spread dough out evenly Bake at 350 degrees
for 2025 minutes Take out of oven Spread melted chocolate over top and
sprinkle with nuts. Press nuts lightly into chocolate. Cut into squares
