Recipe - Passover Pastry I

3 ounce Matzo meal
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 pn Salt
2 ounce Margarine
1 Egg, beaten
Mix together matzo meal, baking powder and salt. Rub in margarine until it
resembles fine breadcrumbs. Stir in egg to form ball of dough, adding a few
drops of ice water if needed. Use as required.
