Recipe - Passover Orange Icing

1 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Orange juice
2 Egg whites stiffly beaten

Combine sugar and juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook to 242* or
until mixture spins a 6 8 inch thread. Slowly pour into stiffly beaten
egg whites, beating constantly. Continue beating until mixture holds its
shape.
