Recipe - Passover Nut Cookies

1 cup Butter
3 Eggs (up To 4)
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Cake meal
1 One half cup Chopped nuts
1 pn Salt
Lemon rind

Mix all ingredients. On a greased tray drop dough 2 inches apart. Cook in
oven at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes.
